Isabel Bruce

Isabel is a communications and media specialist. She has a range of experience across strategy, communications, policy and political campaigning. She was previously Head of Communications at the Telegraph Media Group, publisher of the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph.

 

Prior to that she was a Special Adviser in the UK Government - advising Cabinet Ministers on all aspects of departmental strategy, policy and communications across briefs including Work and Pensions, Justice and Northern Ireland. She joined the Government from Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) where she worked in the press office as head of broadcast.

 

Before joining CCHQ, Isabel worked for APCO Worldwide, an advisory and advocacy communications consultancy. During her time there she specialised in the geopolitical practice, drawing on her degree in Spanish and Arabic and previous work experience in Jordan during that time, to support the delivery of high-profile media and political relations programmes on behalf of international clients and foreign governments.

Isabel has a First Class Honours degree in Spanish and Arabic studies from the University of Exeter.
